What to do when… For Young People

For many  people during their adolescent (teen) years drugs and alcohol will be introduced to their circle of friends. It is normal for young people to start questioning drug and alcohol safety, the risks involved and begin  voicing their concerns to their friends or loved ones. The Centre for Youth AOD suggests the following services to engage with for support and guidance:

Kids Helpline

You should never feel as if there isn’t anyone to help you. There are many different services and support options to help you through these difficult times. Reaching out to a support service is one  way to ensure you get the help you need. .
